IV. Rescheduling Appointments

  • Notice: We kindly request at least 24 hours' notice if you need to reschedule your appointment.

  • No-Show Fee: A no-show fee of $100 will be charged if you miss your appointment without providing any prior notice.

  • Exceptions: We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances may arise. We will consider waiving the fee on a case-by-case basis for extenuating circumstances, such as sudden illness or hospitalization, with appropriate documentation.
