How the Process Works

Step 1: Visit the Psycure Website

Make sure that Telehealth is right for you. Decide if you are going to pay by cash or if your insurance carrier is accepted. Make sure your state is serviced by Psycure providers and find a provider and time that matches best with your treatment needs. Due to laws and licensing, we are unable to prescribe scheduled medications such as stimulants (Adderall) and benzodiazepines (Xanax) to clients in states other than Ohio.

Step 2: Free 15 minute Intake Call

Should it be necessary, schedule a free 15 minute consultation. This can include gaining extra information, answering questions, or making sure our providers are the right fit for you! Click on “Discovery Call” after clicking “Schedule!”

Step 3: Schedule an Appointment

Click on the “Schedule” button, to find a provider and time that works for you. If you have not been seen before, a new patient, virtual appointment is required.

Step 4: Complete Questionnaires

After scheduling, you will be prompted to complete intake forms or questionnaires. These will including uploading of a valid ID, front and back of insurance cards and a credit card for insurance purposes. A cancellation fee may be applied for cancellations without 24 hours notice.

Step 5: Attend Your Appointment Online

Any prescribed medications can be sent to your local pharmacy.
