High Deductible Services
Insurance plans with high deductibles often lead to substantial out-of-pocket costs, including co-insurance and copays that can reach $200 to $300 per visit.
To provide a more predictable and potentially lower-cost option, we offer the following cash-only services for patients with a deductible who choose not to file with their insurance:
New Patient Initial Evaluation (60-75 min | $175 for cash paying clients)
Required of new patients. Includes review of documentation, assessment, interview, diagnosis and medication as possible and warranted. Additional sessions may be required prior to diagnosis and medications.
Short Follow Up / Medication Management (established patients) (15-30 min | $125 for cash paying clients)
Brief assessment, review of medications, brief therapy as warranted. Session length decided by provider. (titration, changes, or additions of medications
Service Packages
These packages offer appointment packages at a discounted price, billed at at the described increments, paid in cash only. To cancel a service packages requires a written notice of cancellation, 30 days prior.
Yearly Cash Pay Membership
One year of service including an initial evaluation and either 2 short follow-ups or 1 long follow-up per month (billed yearly).
