• Lab Orders: Your provider has electronically submitted your lab work order to all Quest Diagnostics locations.

• Where to Go: Only Quest Diagnostics locations are authorized to perform your ordered lab work.

• Confirmation: Please call your nearest Quest location before your visit to confirm your order and hours of operation.

• Accessing Results: Completed lab results will be automatically uploaded to your patient portal.

• Review: Your provider will discuss your results with you at your next scheduled appointment.
