Online Bill Payment Instructions
You can easily manage your outstanding balance and make secure payments directly through your Patient Portal.
1. Accessing Your Payments
From the Dashboard of you Patient Portal, click Make a Payment.
Review your Current Balance.
To pay your full balance now, click Make a Payment.
To see a detailed breakdown of your charges, click View Your Bill.
You can also see a list of payments you have previously made through the Portal under Previous Portal Payments.
2. Reviewing Your Bill Details (Optional)
If you click View Your Bill, you can:
View Details: Click this to see a detailed breakdown, including which service code(s) were billed for the visit, as well as applicable insurance payments and adjustments.
Print Statement: Click this to print a copy of the bill details.
Pay Now: Click Pay this amount (at the top) or Pay Now (at the bottom) to proceed to the payment screen.
3. Making a Payment
On the payment screen, select the amount you wish to pay:
Pay full Amount: Pays the total balance owed.
Pay other amount: Allows you to enter a custom payment amount.
Need to see your statement first? Click I want to see my statement before I pay.
Enter your credit card information: Card Number, Expiration Date, and CVV code.
Click Process Transaction.
The Payment Successful page will open, providing a receipt with an option to print it.
Note: Online payment is only available if your practice has activated Tebra Payments or Patient Collect (Stripe).
4. Viewing and Printing Itemized Receipts
If your practice has enabled this feature, you can view your detailed receipts.
From the Dashboard, click View Receipts.
Filter: By default, receipts from the last year display. Use the Provider, Start Date, or End Date filters to narrow your search. Click Clear filters to reset.
Download: Click the download icon next to a specific visit to save a PDF of the itemized receipt.
Print Multiple: Select multiple visits (or Select all), then click to expand the Print options.
Choose Separate receipts for an individual PDF for each visit.
Choose Combine all visits in a single receipt (when applicable for the same practice/location).

Activate by setting a password
In your Patient Portal you can:
Initiate communicate to you provider which converts into text.
Navigate Health Records, including eLab orders, Medications, etc.
View, Email or Download Health Records - Send to a New Provider
Send or Receive HIPPA complaint messages
View Bills, Itemized Receipts or Make Payments
Invite Guests like Parents or Guardians to Account
