What Does Psycure Charge?
Our source of income is your insurance company. We are also legally obligated to use your credit card for insurance cost-sharing, such as copayment, coinsurance or deductible costs. Find out what our basic services cost here.
It is the clients responsibility to understand what their insurance pays out, before services are rendered. Please call the number on the back of your insurance card to quickly find out what your insurance covers for Behavioral Health Specialists. Have us help you.
Preparing for Your Appointment
1. Required Information
To ensure a smooth, timely start to your session, you must submit the following information into our system prior to your appointment time:
Completed Consent for Treatment form.
Current Insurance Information.
Valid Payment Information on file.
Failure to provide these required items may result in your appointment being postponed or canceled.
2. Telehealth Setup (For Video Appointments)
Clients are responsible for ensuring their technical setup meets our video requirements (stable internet, working camera/mic). If you experience technical difficulties, please contact your provider immediately. If you cannot make your appointment, please contact your provider immediately.
3. Financial Holds and Service Interruption
We are committed to maintaining continuity of care. However, if an outstanding balance remains unpaid for 30 to 60 days, a hold will be placed on your account. An account hold means you will be unable to schedule or receive further services until the balance is fully resolved.
