New Patient Initial Evaluation (60-75 min | $200 for cash paying clients)
Required of new patients. Includes review of documentation, assessment, interview, diagnosis and medication as possible and warranted. Additional sessions may be required prior to diagnosis and medications.
Short Follow Up / Medication Management (established patients) (15-30 min | $150 for cash paying clients)
Brief assessment, review of medications, brief therapy as warranted. Session length decided by provider. (titration, changes, or additions of medications)

Long Follow Up / Medication Management (established patients) (30-40 min | $175 for cash paying clients)
Extra time with assessment, review of medications, brief therapy as warranted, titration, changes, or additions of medications
Rapid Review (established patients) (5-15 min | $100 for cash paying clients)
Brief review of medications, for check ins with no medication changes or emerging concerns. This session is cash only and decided by provider and client in advance.
Urgent Access Appointments
If you or a loved one are experiencing an acute psychiatric crisis or emergency (e.g., immediate risk of harm to self or others, severe uncontrolled symptoms):
Immediately proceed to the nearest hospital Emergency Department (ED).
Call or text the National Suicide & Crisis Lifeline at 988.
In the event of active violence or immediate danger, call 911.
For existing clients experiencing psychiatric decompensation (such as a sudden increase in symptom severity, heightened distress, or situational crisis) that can be managed in an outpatient setting, we offer same-day urgent access appointments focused on safety, crisis resolution and symptom management.
Urgent Care Appointment (60-75 min | $250 for cash paying clients)
For established patients. Includes comprehensive review of high risk conditions or behavior, risk assessment and safety planning, rapid medication review and adjustments, safety interventions and possible escalation of care. Guaranteed to be seen the same day.
