Intake Process

My intake process is designed to be simple and straightforward. Clients can book an intake assessment directly through the "Request Appointment" section of my website. Once an appointment is scheduled, they will receive all necessary intake paperwork, including policies, an intake questionnaire, and forms for credit card and insurance information. My schedule is always up-to-date, and I make an effort to communicate promptly with all referrals. My webpage also allows for secure messaging services once a client schedules an appointment and becomes active with my practice.

In Office vs Telehealth

I offer in-person sessions in Lakewood/Cleveland, Ohio. All services are also available via telehealth for individuals residing in Ohio, with the exception of EMDR, which I conduct strictly in person. Clients who opt-in receive text and email reminders to confirm appointments, complete documentation, and access their telehealth link.
