Physical Offices
While Psycure Modern Psychiatry is primarily a virtual practice, we maintain convenient physical locations throughout Ohio to fulfill federal and state requirements for in-person evaluations. Under current regulations extended through December 31, 2026, many patients can continue or begin treatment for controlled substances via telehealth, but we provide dedicated office spaces for those situations where an in-person visit is clinically or legally required.

Important Policy for Controlled Substances
In-Person Evaluation: While federal flexibilities currently allow for many prescriptions to be initiated virtually, an initial in-person exam may be required for certain Schedule II–V medications to ensure full compliance with the Ryan Haight Act and Ohio Medical Board rules.
Hybrid Flexibility: Our model allows you to transition seamlessly between comfortable home-based video sessions and professional in-office visits as your treatment plan requires.
