Once you have completed your intake forms and attended your appointment:
Your insurance will be billed along with any applicable co-payment (copay).
In certain cases, such as unmet deductibles or coinsurance, your specific insurance plan may determine that you have an additional financial responsibility.

Should any portion of the appointment cost be your financial responsibility, our billing team will contact you directly to inform you of the amount.
